CSA Autumn Week 5

In the bag for week 5 autumn we have:

red turnips (at least I am assuming that's what those are)
collard greens
mustard greens (that literally taste like a spoonful of dijon mustard)
kale
cabbage
butternut squash
kohlrabi
garlic
